Commercial fitout and equipment supply for hospitality operators, retailers, and commercial kitchens. Start to finish. No drama.
Commercial Fitout & Equipment Supply
Full fitout delivery from design brief to handover. We project manage the whole job — builders, trades, joinery, FF&E — so you don't have to. Hospitality, retail, and commercial spaces.
Specification, procurement, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. We know what works in a real kitchen under real pressure — because we've run them ourselves. No upselling. The right gear at the right price.
Already have your trades? We'll run the programme. Scheduling, supplier coordination, site oversight, and final sign-off. We keep projects on time and on budget — and you get direct access to the person running the job.
Neon Projects was born out of necessity — the kind of necessity you only understand when you're the one opening a venue and realising the people you hired have never actually run one.
Neon Projects is run by Dinesh Dias, owner-operator of Crafty Baker — a pair of artisan sourdough bakery cafés in Titirangi and Oratia — and Moody's Fried Chicken, operating out of Street Feast food hall in Titirangi.
Building and fitting out his own venues gave Dinesh a first-hand education in what operators actually need — and how rarely the fitout and equipment supply industry delivers it. Tight timelines. Tight budgets. Zero tolerance for surprises on opening day. Most project managers have never stood behind a pass during a Saturday lunch rush. We have.
That lived experience is what sets Neon Projects apart. We spec kitchen equipment because we've used it. We design flow because we've worked the floor. We manage programmes with urgency because we know what a delayed opening actually costs — not in abstract, but in real revenue, real staff, real stress.
We're not the biggest firm in Auckland. We're the ones who understand your world, pick up the phone, and deliver what we say we will.
Start a ConversationTell us what you're building, your timeline, and your budget. We ask the right questions and come back within 24 hours — not with a vague call, but with a considered response.
We scope the work properly and give you a clear, itemised quote. No hidden costs. No vague allowances that blow out once you've committed.
We manage the programme start to finish. You get regular updates and direct access to the person running your job — not a rotating cast of account managers.
We don't leave until it's right. Full sign-off, documentation, and follow-up support if anything needs sorting post-handover.
No hold music. No contact forms that disappear into the void. A real reply from the person who'll be running your project.
